Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does a session cost?
A: Our pricing is $50–$60 per session, making it significantly more affordable than traditional therapy services in the U.S.

A: Yes! Companies can purchase bundled sessions at discounted rates or opt for a monthly mental health coaching program for their employees.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and corporate invoicing for bulk sessions.
Q: Do employees pay for the service, or does the employer cover it?
A: It depends on the company’s policy. Some employers fully cover the sessions, while others offer it as a co-pay benefit or as an optional wellness perk for employees.
Refund & cancellation policy
We understand that plans change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring fairness to our mental health coaches.
- Cancellations: Clients can reschedule or cancel their session at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be non-refundable but may be rescheduled once as a courtesy.
- No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be charged in full with no refund or rescheduling option.

What happens if I need a refund?
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- You cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- There was an issue on our end that prevented service delivery (e.g., technical difficulties, coach availability).
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Q: What is your chargeback policy?
By purchasing our mental health coaching services, clients agree to our refund and cancellation policy outlined above.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at care@braincarecouch.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of future services.
- If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the bank with documentation (signed agreements, session confirmations, communication records, and invoices) to dispute the claim.
We are committed to fair and transparent business practices and encourage clients to communicate any concerns directly for a quick resolution.

Q: Is my information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use HIPAA-compliant telehealth software to ensure that all sessions and data remain private and secure.
Q: Will my employer know what I discuss in my sessions?
A: No. All individual sessions are 100% confidential. Employers only receive anonymized, aggregated insights about overall wellness trends if they opt for corporate programs.
Q: Can my employees choose their own mental health coach?
A: Yes. Employees can select from two recommended psychologists based on availability and specialization.
